Abstract: A comprehensive construction of learning well-off society, an urgent demand to strengthen primary and secondary school teachers in lifelong education; teachers structural imbalances urgently requires optimizing the quality of primary and secondary school teachers in the structure; International Educational Development, a new trend, an urgent need to strengthen primary and secondary school teachers in educational reform . At present, primary and secondary school teachers in continuing education practice model innovation include: integration of high-quality educational resources, continuing education and training system for teachers in innovation; enhanced training targeted to promote the continuing education of teachers training innovation; changes in education and training model to promote teacher training, continuing education Methods innovation; strengthen organization and leadership, to promote continuing education and training of teachers, management innovation.
