It includes material culture, institutional culture and from after-school culture, media culture, and interpersonal relationships composed of spiritual and cultural. Material culture is the surface structure of campus culture, institutional culture is a culture of the middle school structure, and spiritual culture is the deep structure of campus culture.  Campus culture as a force for environmental education, the healthy growth of the students had a tremendous impact. Construction of campus culture’s ultimate goal is to create an atmosphere with a view to cultivate sentiments of students, build student health personality, and comprehensively improve the quality of students. In this paper, the need for the construction of campus culture, campus culture, the contents of the building methods and function of educating people about the campus culture and viewpoints.  The need for the construction of campus culture  First, by the nature of the social environment and the school made a decision. Complicated in today’s society, there are many negative factors and corruption. Social culture is also many splendours, the coexistence of refined and popular tastes, including many young people is not conducive to the healthy growth of the negative culture. Although a number of measures taken by the Government at all levels, but in the short term optimization of the social environment is not possible. The school is not only a place to learn cultural knowledge, more importantly, educating people in positions, which undertakes to cultivate a generation “four” new historical mission, the campus culture does not allow clutter scene. This requires us to develop according to educational aims and objectives of optimizing the campus culture, to create a good environment for educating people
