第 26 卷第 5 期 Vo l. 26 , No.5 教师教育研究 2014 年9 月 Teacher Education Research Sept. ,2014 中小学教师心理资本、情绪劳动策略、 工作倦怠的关系研究 毛晋平莫拓宇 (湖南师范大学教科院,湖南长沙 41008 1) [摘要]通过对来自湖南省部分地市中小学校 629 名教师的问卷调查,探讨了心理资本在情绪劳动策略与工 作倦怠关系间的调节作用。研究结果显示:(1)工作倦怠与深层行为、自然行为负相关,与表面行为正相关;心 理资本与深层行为、自然行为正相关,人际型心理资本与表面行为负相关。 (2)表面行为正向预测工作倦怠;深 层行为负向预测情绪衰竭、去个性化;自然行为负向预测低成就感。人际型心理资本负向预测工作倦怠;任务 型心理资本对去个性化、低成就感的非标准回归系数显著。 (3)任务型心理资本能调节深层行为对情绪衰竭、 去个性化的影响,调节自然行为、表面行为对低成就感的影响。人际型心理资本可调节自然行为对低成就感 的影响。结论:心理资本可调节情绪劳动策略对工作投倦怠的影响。 [关键词]心理资本;情绪劳动;情绪劳动策略;工作倦怠 [中固分类号JG443 [文献标识码JA [文章编号J 1672-5905(2014)05-0022-08 Relationship among Psychological Capital , Emotional Labor Strategies and Job Burnout of Primary and Secondary School Teachers MAQ Jin-ping , MQ Tuo-yu CSchool of Educational Science , Hunan Normal University , Changsha 410081 , Hunan Province) Abstract:This study examines the moderating effect of psychological capitalCPsyCap)on the relationship be- tween the emotionallabor strategy and job burnout of primary and secondary school teachers.
