装载机机液工作系统动态特性分析

摘要:为揭示某款轮式装载机在复杂工况下实时作业时工作系统的动态特性,在AJ)AMS和AMESim平台下建
立装载机机械动力学模型和发动机、液压系统模型,分别研究了装载机在插入、转斗、举升、卸载、动臂下放工况
下的机液耦合工作系统动态特性.结果表明:插入物料阶段,由于作业对象的不确定性,对所需的发动机功率差
别大;转斗到极限位置和卸载完毕瞬间,突然撞击限位块,产生了高压溢流;转斗、举升和动臂下放等阶段,换向
阀的开启、关闭速度过快将引起工作系统压力较大的振动.研究显示,采用单一功率模式发动机,功率损失大;撞
击限位块和换向阀换向等环节对工作系统液压振动冲击大、能耗损失严重.

Abstract:To investigate the dynamic properties of a specific wheel—loader during real—time operation
process under complicated working conditions,a dynamical model,together with engine and hydraulic
system models,iS established based on ADAMS and AM ESim platforms.Meanwhile,the dynamic
properties of hydro·-mechanical--coupling working system is studied under such working conditions as
inserting,bucket—turning,raising,dumping and boom—lowering.Accordingly,it is revealed that,due to the
uncertainty of operational objects in the material inserting stage,the demand on engine power is
significantly differs.When the bucket turning and dumping to the end position to strike the stop block,the
high pressure relief occurs.In the bucket-turning,raising,dumping and boom—lowering stages,the pressure
