Pim-3 基因在急性髓细胞白血病中的表达及意义 中文摘要 目的：探讨Pim-3基因的异常表达在急性髓细胞白血病发展过程中的作用。 方法：使用半定量RT-PCR法检测47例初诊未经治疗的急性白血病患者骨髓组织及18 例经化疗治疗后急性白血病患者骨髓组织标本Pim-3基因的表达, 同时采集非恶性血 液病患者骨髓组织10例作为正常对照组，并比较三组骨髓组织Pim-3基因表达量的差 异。 结果：荧光定量 PCR 检测结果显示，化疗前急性髓细胞白血病（AML ）患者骨髓 组织 Pim-3 基因表达量相对非恶性血液病骨髓组织表达量低，差异有统计学意义 (P0.0 1) 。经化疗治疗后的骨髓组织Pim-3 基因表达量与非恶性血液病骨髓组织表达 量无明显差异(P ＞0.05) 。而化疗前急性髓细胞白血病（AML ）患者骨髓组织 Pim-3 基因表达量相对化疗后急性髓细胞白血病（AML ）患者骨髓组织明显较低，差异有 统计学意义(P0.0 1) 。缓解组急性髓细胞白血病（AML ）患者化疗前后对比，化疗前 比化疗后骨髓组织Pim-3 基因表达量明显较低，差异有统计学意义(P0.0 1) 。而未缓 解组急性髓细胞白血病（AML ）患者化疗前后对比, 化疗前与化疗后骨髓组织Pim-3 基因表达量无明显差异(P ＞0.05) 。化疗后急性髓细胞白血病（AML ）患者未缓解骨 髓组织Pim-3 基因表达量亦低于缓解后患者骨髓组织，差异有统计学意义(P0.0 1) 。 结论：Pim-3基因在化疗前后急性髓细胞白血病中有异常表达，该基因可能参与了急 性髓细胞白血病的发生发展。 关键词：Pim-3 ； 急性白血病； 异常表达； 逆转录酶链式反应 2 The expression and Significance of Pim-3 gene in acute myeloid leukemia Abstract Objective: To investigate the role of Pim-3 aberrant expression in the development of acute leukemia. Methods: Semi-quantitative RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of Pim-3 in bone marrow tissue of 47 cases the untreated patients with acute leukemia and 18 cases after treatment with chemotherapy in patients with acute leukemia.
