CD147 和MMP-9 在肝细胞肝癌中的表达与临床病理、微血管 生成相关性研究 中文摘要 目的 探讨细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子（CD147）和基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9） 在肝细胞肝癌组织中的表达与肝细胞肝癌血管生成的关系。 方法 采用免疫组织化学 SP 法检测 63 例肝细胞肝癌患者组织中 CD147 和MMP-9 的表达，光镜下计数CD105 标记的MVD。 结果 63 例肝细胞肝癌组织中CD147 表达阳性率为65.1% （41/63），MMP-9 的表达 阳性率为73.0% （46/63），二者分别与肿瘤大小、门静脉癌栓、肿瘤分化和TNM 分 期相关（P0.05），与患者的性别、年龄及甲胎蛋白的表达水平无关（P0.05）。 CD147、MMP-9 阳性组MVD 值分别明显高于阴性组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 CD147 在肝细胞肝癌中的表达与 MMP-9 表达之间存在显著正相关 (r=0.680,P0.01)。 s 结论 肝细胞肝癌组织中 CD147 表达上调可能通过促进MMP-9 的生成参与肝癌微 血管的生成，进而有利于肝癌侵袭和转移。 【关键词】癌，肝细胞；CD147；MMP-9；微血管密度；微血管生成 1 Relationship between expression of CD147, MMP-9 and clinicpathological, angiogenesis in hepatocellular carcinoma Abstract Objective To study the relationship of CD147 and MMP - 9 expression with angiogenesis in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The expression of CD147 and MMP - 9 was detected with immunohistochemistry SP methord in 63 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma tissues , and the microvessel density(MVD) was recorded by CD105 under optical microscope. Results The positive expression rate of CD147 and MMP - 9 in 63 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma tissues were respectively 65.1% (41/63) and 73.0% (46/63), while the expression of CD147 and MMP - 9 was correlated with the tumor size, portal vein cancer embolism, tumor differentiation degree and TNM staging (P 0.05), but not with the patients gender, age and the serum level of alpha-fetal protein(AFP) （P0.05 ）.
