Wereportthecaseofa61-year-oldmanshowingpersistenterythematousmacules,plaques,andpartiallycon?uentnoduleswith irregularborders,developedonhisnoseforoneyear.Duringthattimethepatientunderwentseveraldermatologicalconsultations, andallproducedthesamediagnosis:rhinophyma.Soantibioticandsteroidtreatmentwascarriedoutwithoutanyimprovement while the lesions kept growing. When the patient came to our observation, physical examination revealed large, in?ltrative, oedematous,erythematousplaquesandrarenodules,withsuper?cialtelangiectaticvessels.Cervicallymphadenopathywasnot detectable.Routinelaboratoryanalysiswasnormal.Punchbiopsywasperformed,andhistopathologyandimmunohistochemical studieswereconsistentwithcutaneousangiosarcoma.Thisisthereportofafaceangiosarcomawithanunusualandverydeceptive clinicalpresentation. 1.Introduction metronidazole, and steroids without signi?cant improve- ment.
