Polymericnanoparticles(PLGA)havebeendevelopedfortheencapsulationandcontrolledreleaseofquercetinandcatechin. Nanoparticleswerefabricatedusingasolventdisplacementmethod.Physicochemicalpropertiesweremeasuredbylightscattering, scanning electron microscopy and ζ-potential, X-ray di?raction, infrared spectroscopy and di?erential scanning calorimetry.
