Purpose.Applicationofanteriorsegmentopticalcoherence(AS-OCT)inpediatricophthalmology.Methods.Retrospectiveclinical studycaseseriesof26eyesof19pediatricpatientsthroughouta21-monthperiod,presentinganteriorsegmentpathologies,were submittedtoAS-OCTexamination(OCTVisante,1310nm,Zeiss),noncontacttechnique,nosedationrequirement.Results.AS- OCTimageswereobtainedfrom19patients(range:2monthsto12years).Clinicaldiagnosisofanteriorsegmentabnormalities includedcorneadisease(n = 7),congenitalanteriorsegmentconditions(n = 10),oculartrauma(n = 1),anteriorsegment surgeries(n=2),iridocornealangleabnormalities(n=4),intermediateuveitis(n=2).ThemostcommonOCT?ndingswere cornealhyperre?ectivityandthickening(n=15),shallowanteriorchamberwithiris-lensdiaphragmanteriordisplacement(n= 4),atypicalcornealcurvature(n=4),cornealthinning(n=4),peripheralsynechiaewithangleclosure(n=3),increase
