Inthepresentstudy,theCAIIIandIVautoantibodies,CAactivity,antioxidantenzymesandcytokinesinrheumatoidarthritis (RA),systemiclupuserythematosus(SLE),diabetes,hypertensiverenaldisease,andheartfailurewereinvestigated.Theanti-CAIII antibodytitersinpatientswithRA,SLE,andtype1diabetes(T1D)weresigni?cantlyhigherthanthatincontrolgroups(P0.05). Theanti-CAIVantibodytitersinpatientswithRA,SLE,type1diabeticnephropathy(T1DN),andheartfailureweresigni?cantly higherthanthatincontrolgroups(P0.05)whileanti-CAIVantibodycouldsuppressthetotalCAactivity.TheSODandGPx levelsinpatientswithRA,SLE,andT1DNweresigni?cantlylowerthanthatincontrolgroups(P0.05).IL-6,IL-17,IFN-γ ,and TNF-αlevelsweresigni?cantlyhigherinSLEgroupcomparedwiththecontrolgroup(P0.05).Weakbutsigni?cantcorrelations werefoundbetweenanti-CAIIIantibodiesandESRinRA(r=0.403,P=0.013)andSLEpatients(r=0.397,P=0.007).These resultssuggestedthatthegenerationofCAIIIandIVautoantibodies,antioxidantenzymes,andcyto
