Abstract: Teaching design is a subject of science and subject of art as well. Effective teaching design for Primary School mathematics should be based on the following three aspects: establish definite teaching goals; rationally analyze and organize teaching items; correctly evaluate teaching effects.

Instructional Design (Instructional Design, referred to as ID), also known as the teaching system design-oriented education system to solve the problem of teaching a special kind of design activity is the application of modern learning and teaching psychology, communications, teaching media theory and other related The theories and techniques, analysis of teaching problems and needs, design solutions, the pilot solution, evaluation of test results and an evaluation based on the process of improving the design of a system. Instructional design is not only a science and an art. As a science, it must follow certain education, teaching law; as an art, it requires a lot of personal experience into the designer and, based on the characteristics of teaching materials and student re-creation at the same time flexible, ingenious use of instructional design approach and strategy.
