How to promote full employment of university students
[Abstract] employment of university students has become difficult for students, parents, community and national interest are an important issue. In the new situation, strengthening the concept of career education for students, strengthen college students career guidance, career change bad attitudes of university students to improve college students has become the important work of full employment.

Employment of university students has been difficult to attract people’s attention, there are many reasons, both social development and population structure of the factors, but also in institutions of higher learning in the development of some problems, but also college students view career choice to be the causes of change. How tough situation to enhance the employment of university students is related to personnel training, educational development and social stability. In order to understand the concept of the current careers of college graduates and career direction, we have 2004 students in our school conducted a survey of professional involved in arts, science, engineering, agriculture and management of all 500 students, the resumption of 468 valid questionnaires were, survey results will now be analyzed as follows.
First, career outlook and analysis of results of the survey
(A) the standard rational Careers
Survey showed that 43% of university students that the career of the first condition is ‘good development prospects’. 30% of the students to ‘incomes and welfare of the good’ as a career choice criteria, in line with personal hobbies and interests, professional counterparts accounted for 22%, while only 5% of the students want to return to their parents side. However, as the employing units to the highest education requirements, 26% of the students want to continue to upgrade their qualifications. Therefore, one can see the
