1, Introduction
21 century is the millennium of human history has a beginning, a turning point in this era, mankind is at an alarming rate into the information age. Advent of the information age has greatly changed people’s way of thinking and learning, and lead to school is more and more networks, virtualization, personalization. This is the traditional way of education is both a challenge, but also rare opportunities for development. Faced with this ever-changing digital learning environment, physical education should focus on the study of modern information technology environment of learning issues, the only way to achieve our educational face the world and the future, the grand aspiration of modernization. Information Technology and junior high school physical integration of the new curriculum can not remain at the tool level, should be explored in-depth instructional design, teaching strategies, to form a teaching mode, should be combined with teaching theory and practice to advance the radical change in physics teaching.
