介入放射学杂志 2016 年7 月第 25 卷第7 期 J Intervent Radiol 2016 ,Vo 1.25 ,No.7 - 606 一 ·非血管介入 Non-vascular intervention • 经皮穿刺纳米刀消融治疗恶性肿瘤的初步应用 (附 3 例报道) 张帅，倪才方，朱晓黎，王万胜，李智，李婉慈， 陈涛 [摘要] 目的 探讨经皮穿刺纳米刀消融技术治疗恶性肿瘤的的初步临床应用。方法 1 例肝恶 性肿瘤、2 例膜腺恶性肿瘤患者在全麻下分别接受经皮穿刺纳米刀消融术，并以实体瘤疗效评价标准 (阻CISTl.1)进行疗效评价。结果 3 例患者术中、术后均无明显并发症发生，术后2 个月复查，1 例患 者肿瘤完全失活，达到完全缓解，另 2 例肿瘤大部分坏死、但周围仍有部分活性，其中 l 例还出现远处转 移，分别达到部分缓解和疾病进展。结论 纳米刀消融术安全、有效，与传统消融手段相比优势独到，应 用前景广泛，但在其临床应用中应注意严格把握适应证，并注重与其他治疗方法的联合应用。 [关键词] 纳米刀;恶性肿瘤;临床应用 中固分类号:R735.7 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1∞8-794X( 2016) -07-侃侃-04 Percutaneo田 NanoKnife ablation for the 仕四tment of maIignant tumors: p阴险ninary results with report of three 四ses ZHANG Shuai , NI Cai-fang , ZHU Xiao-li , WANG Wan-sheng , U Zhi , U WIαn-ci ， CHEN Tao. Methods One patient wi由 hepatocellular carcinoma and two patients with pancreatic carcinoma were included in this study. Under general anesthesia , lRE was performed in the 由ree patients. 咀e therapeutic efficacy was evaluated with RECIST l.l criteria. Results During and after lRE , no obvious complications occurred in all 3 patients.
