Abstract: This paper attempts to grow the basis of the law, pointing out that different stages of development should be targeted continuing education for teachers, improve teacher professional maturity.
Career Maturity refers to some sort of professional knowledge, skills and ethics, relevant experience, achievement motivation, professionalism and sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability to the degree of perfection. To measure a teacher’s professional standards of maturity there are three main aspects: First, the level of the yearning for a sense of accomplishment. This longing for the more full, more intense, more practical, its maturity, the higher; second is the desire and ability to assume responsibility; third of its work with the knowledge and experience. Teaching career maturity has its own laws. Teachers in their growth process, in general, affecting the quality to go through period (25 to 30 years old), rapid progress in period (30 a 35 years old), plateau (35 a 45 years old), mature (45 a 55 years old) 4 stage of development.
