On the administrative system of China#39;s educational problems and reform proposals
Abstract: This paper pointed out that China’s current system of educational administration there is five aspects: the rigid administrative system, administrative agencies set up unreasonable administrative ways and means of a single, the legal system is imperfect, the lack of fair and transparent supervision of rating agencies. In the analysis of these issues, based on the use of new public management theory, put forward a six-point reform proposals: 1. Education administration philosophy of change; 2. The transformation of government functions and institutional reforms; 3. To strengthen the supervision of Educational Administration Department ; 4. to strengthen education and education administration law, the building of the rule of law; 5. advisory body to the improvement of intermediary organizations; 6. to promote the professionalization of the executive.
