脑外科患者术后的D 【摘要】 目的： 通过对脑外科患者术后进行D二聚体的检测,探讨D二聚体在脑外科疾病术后血栓栓塞中的价值。 方法 ： 对2003~2005年本院收治的107例脑外科术后患者的D二聚体结果的回顾,并以50例健康对照,对其进行统计学处理。结果: 高中低值结果均与正常人群有显著性差异。结论：D二聚体阳性对脑外科术后并发血栓性疾病具有临床价值。建议对手术病人进行全程D二聚体监测，D二聚体检测应纳入常规检查手段。 【关键词】 D二聚体; 血栓栓塞 【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To investigate the value of Ddimer assay for predicting thrombebolia in the patients after cerebral surgery operation.
