[Key words] Pel由; Disarticulation; Wound Infection; Nursing Care 机辅助呼吸，咪盼安定镇定。改用sæ.胶培南、万台霉素抗炎。 半骨盆严重感染怠者由于损伤较大，感染不易控制，其 J 病死率为ω%-1∞%lI 2仰7年8月，我科成功救治了1 例因东 人院第4天血培养结果为耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRS) 、真国留; O 创团分泌物培养为大肠埃希氏商、奇异变形杆菌、铜绿假单 祸致在锁关节离断术后切口11.半骨盆严意感染伴肠外露的 胞酶。增加抗真菌药氟康吻，输性精氨酸和门冬酸甲续调节 患者。现将护理体会报告如下。 酸碱平衡。入院第9天，患者体温呈进行性升高，达41.3吧。在 1 病例介绍 全麻下行在俄关节离断术后切口及学骨瘟感染坏死组织清 创，术中见左侧半骨盆、臀大肌、臀中肌、臀小肌、腰大肌及懈 患者弹，33岁。子2∞7年7月 31 日因车祸致创伤性休克;
