2016·08 绿色化工 当代化工研究 81 Chenmical Intermediate 日用化工厂生产废水处理 ＯＯ李航ＯＯＯ王智辉 （轻工业杭州工程建筑设计院ＯＯ浙江ＯＯ310004） 摘要：随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的提高，日用化工厂的产量不断增加，其所排放的废水对环境的影响也愈发的突出，日用品生产 过程中会排放大量的有毒有害、难生物降解的污染物质，这大大的增加了废水的处理难度，同时也提高了废水的处理成本，因此，如何选 择经济、合理的处理方式，成为了目前研究的重点之一。本文首先介绍了日化废水的来源及特点，然后对日化废水的常用处理技术进行了 分析，最后以某日用化工厂为例，从整体上介绍了日用化工厂生产废水的处理过程及达标情况，力求为今后的工作提供一定的技术支持。 关键词：日用化工厂；生产给水；处理流程 中图分类号：T 文献标识码：A Industrial Wastewater Treatment for Chemical Factory of Daily Use Li Hang, Wang Zhihui (Light Industry Hangzhou Engineering Construction Design Institute, Zhejiang, 310004) Abstract ：With the development of society,the increase of people’s living standard and the increase of chemical factory of daily use output,  the impact of waste water discharge on the environment also becomes increasingly prominent. In the process of commodity production, a lot of  pollutants that is poisonous and harmfu, difficult to be biodegradable, which greatly increases the difficulty of wastewater treatment, meanwhile it als o raises the cost of wastewater treatment, therefore, how to choose the economic and reasonable method becomes one of the focus of the current stu dy. This paper firstly introduces the source and characteristics of daily used chemical waste water, and then it analyzes the commonly used treatment  technologies, finally, it takes one chemical plant as an example and introduces the treatment process and results of production wastewater of daily  chemical plant on the whole so that to provide certain technical support for the future work.
