第 38卷 第 3期 纺 织 学 报 Vo1．38．No．3 2017年 3月 JournalofTextileResearch Mar．．2017 DOI：10．13475／j．fzxb．20160301705 天然棕色棉 的抗茵性能 王 佳 ，徐秀娟 ，马明波，周文龙 (浙江理工大学 材料与纺织学院，浙江 杭州 310018) 摘 要 为探究天然棕色棉 的抗菌特性，以金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌分别作为革兰 氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌的 代表 ，通过平板菌落计数法和比浊法测试 了棕色棉纤维的抗菌性能，并用晕圈法、荧光显微镜以及扫描电子显微镜 分析 了棕色棉色素提取物的抗菌活性及抗菌机制 。结果表明：棕色棉纤维对 2种细菌的生长繁殖都有 良好 的抑制 作用 ，抗菌率分别为87．9％和79．5％；常规的碱精练和酶精练可在一定程度上提高棕色棉纤维的抗菌性能；棕色棉 纤维的抗菌性能来源于其色素 ，色素可通过与细菌的细胞膜结构的结合来破坏细胞膜 的转运 能力 ，进而破坏细菌 正常的生长和繁殖过程 ，达到杀死细菌 的效果 。 关键词 天然棕色棉 ；色素 ；抗菌机制 ；细胞膜 中图分类号 ：TS19O．2 文献标 志码 ：A Antim icrobialpropertiesofnaturalbrown cotton WANGJia，XUXiujuan，MAMingbo，ZHOUWenlong (CollegeofMaterialsandTextiles，z^ angSci—TechUniversity，Hangzhou，z ejiang 310018，China) Abstract Toexploretheantimicrobialpropertiesofnaturalbrowncotton，platecolonycountingmethod and turbidimetry method were used to testthe antimicrobialproperties againstgram—positive bacteria S．attreusand gram—negative bacteriaE．coli．Meanwhile，the antimicrobialactivity and antimicrobial mechanism ofthe pigmentextractwerealsostudied bydisk diffusionmethod，fluorescencemicroscopy andscanningelectronmicroscopy．Theresultsshowedthatbrowncottonfibershavegoodinhibitoryeffect onthe growth oftwotestbacteria and itsantimicrobia1ratio are 87．9％ and 79．5％ ．respectively． showingsignificantantimicrobialproperties ofbrown cotton fibers。 Conventionalalkaliscouring and enzymescouringcan improvetheantimicrobialpropertiesofbrowncottonfiberstoacertainextent．Brown cottonfibers antimicrobialpropertiesderivefrom itspigment．The pigmentmay destroy thetransport capacityofcellmembranebycombinationwithmembranestructureofbacteriaandthen inhibitthenormal growthandreproductionpr
