论企业可持续发展中的员工培训政策正文)
摘要
当前企业面临三种竞争性挑战:全球化挑战、质量挑战和高绩效工作系统挑战。在这样的经济环境中,“不确定性是唯一可确足的因素”,如何获取并保持企业竞争优势,己成为当下企业关注的重要课题。现代企业唯一的竞争优势是比你的竟争对手学得更快的能力。我国企业已经越来越意识到人力资源培训与开发的重要性。就国家而言,教育和培训可以提高国民的整体素质,从而为经济增长做出贡献;就企业组织而言,培训可以发掘人才潜能,发挥人才作用,营造企业的核心竞争能力,为组织目标的实现服务;就员工个体而言,培训可以使员工更新观念,掌握新技术,适应组织的更高要求,应付更有挑战性的工作。
培训与教育不同,培训是给员工传授完成本职工作所必须的基本技能的过程;教育是以传授、诱导或获取知识、观点、价值和技能的社会活动,重在教授一个领域和一个学科的基本知识和技能。培训是针对某一特定的工作和职业;教育周期更长,其追求的目标更为深远与广泛。培训大多着重实效;教育着重个人长远发展。西方国家的培训起步于20世纪初,其理论日趋成熟,实践中形成了各具特点的培训模式。职业教育和培训成为增强企业竞争力,乃至增强综合国力的有利手段。

Abstract
The current enterprise with three competitive challenges: globalization challenges, quality challenges and high performance work system challenge. In this economic environment, uncertainty is the only factor in the foot, how to get and keep the enterprise competitive advantage, has become an important topic of the enterprise attention then. Modern enterprise only competitive advantage is the competitive opponents than you learn faster ability. Our country enterprise already more and more aware that human resources training and development is of great importance. In terms of nations, it education and training can improve overall quality, so as to contribute to the economic growth; Enterprise organization is concerned, training can tap the human potential, play a role talents, build enterprise core competitive ability, for the realization of organizational goals services; Just as individual employees, training workers may be renew the idea, learning new technology, to adapt to the requirement of the organization, deal with the more challenging job.
Training and education is different, training to employees is taught to complete the job the basic skills of the process; Education is taught, the induced or obtain knowledge, views, values and skills of social activities, professor focuses on a field and a discipline basic knowledge and skills.
