Therefore, enterprise culture is not only the soul of the development of enterprises and the core competitiveness of enterprises but also the major content of enterprise management. It determines whether the enterprises will survive or not. This text has explained the intension and function of enterprise culture, the intension of enterprises competitiveness and the influence of enterprise culture on improving enterprises’ competitiveness. Taking Hair, which has already succeeded in establishing its enterprise culture, as an example, this text analyses and explores the influence of enterprise culture on improving enterprises’ competitiveness, thus the article explains it is important and urgent to establish enterprise culture.
