With the dance contests becoming more mature and diversified, a dance contestants qualities will directly affect the wholeness of works presentation and the level of whole stage effect. This article aims to discuss how to grasp the crucial points and the quality of comprehensive expression for a dance contest in terms of three aspects: the specialty quality of the contestants body, the emotional expression from the contestants heart and the psychological quality in the actual contest.
