A b str a c t
A s to th e fast developed econom y in now aday s, striving to im prove custom er
satisfaction an d their products and services to get m ore consum ers is the u ltim ate goal
of every enterprise. F acing of fierce m arket com p etition, seriou s challenges an d
diverse needs, organ ization only has to continue to im prove the effectiveness and
efficiency in the im p lem entation of quality m anagem ent sy stem , continuou sly
im prove the quality of produ cts and serv ices. O n ly through th is,the on e try to w in
m ore consum ers an d m ore m arket can alw ay s b e invincib le. A ll in all, th e
effectiveness and efficiency of continuou s im provem ent of product quality
m anagem ent processes is an im portan t guarantee for th e survival an d dev elopm ent.
C ontinuou s im provem ent of product quality m anagem ent process is div ided into :
design and produ ction of product quality continuou s im prov em ent m anagem en t,
cu stom er com p laints of product quality m an agem ent process continuou s im provem ent.
T h is article is studying about the latter. U sing cu stom er satisfaction qu estionn aire
clarify custom ers are m ost concerned about the tim eliness and thoroughn ess of
handling cu stom er com p laints, an d the analy sis process is broken dow n into fiv e
stages. T hrough optim ization of every stage to im prove the efficiency of th e hand lin g
of cu stom er com p laints, to im prove cu stom er satisfaction and increase m arket share.
T he article is div ided into five parts. In the first part, the auth or introduces th e
h istory of the developm ent of the L C D screen ,L C D w orking princip le,and th e
process techn ology of L C D . In th e second part, the author introduces th e theory an d
principles of continuous quality im provem ent sim p ly including its result, com ponent
