The maxillary anterior region is an important aesthetics region , aesthetics requirements including crown shape of implant denture and perimplant soft tissue appearance 。The implants will be restortated with temporary crowns to guide the form of gum ，which could improve the form of gum and the aesthetic effect of the implant prosthesie in the anterior maxilla ,so we can observe and evaluate the influences of gum induction in antetior maxillary implant esthetic restoration. Methods: From October 2011 to October 2013, in our study there were 25 cases of anterior maxillary implant prosthesis patients. The implants were restortated with temporary crowns to guide the form of gum. After 6 months,the temporary crowns were restored with permanent repairs, such as all ceramic crowns or noble metal porcelain crowns on the basis of gingivalmorphology .Patient satisfaction VAS( at the beginning of temporary repair, repair is completed, 1 year after permanent permanent repair ), 万方
