And factor analysis, regression analysis and fuzzy mathematics theory were used to establish the model of the compound system to measure and evaluate the coordination degree of population , economy sωiety， resources and environment of 12 counties(district )in Yulin city. The basic conclusion is: the general harmonious level ofthe compound system for 12 counties(district)in Yulin city is relatively low and is in a weak harmonious condition.
