Guizhou 55α)()4) Abstract : Guizhou Province the ve巧 prominent contradictions among the population , resources and environment , the de- velopment of recycling economy is the only way to solve the bottleneck constraints of resources and environment , Guizhou Province. Also the implementation of the strategy an important way of strengthening the province of Guizhou However Guizhou related le♂slation still has many deficiencies , Guizhou Province , the development of circular economy concept , system , technology , and cost , the current policy system and the legal system disorders need the local loop ηle economic legislation be overcome. Circular Economy Legislation should reflect at least the economic and environmental benefits , the value of achieving sustainable development , we should leam from the successful experience of the eastem provinces , phased levels to build a circular economy legal system and establish a reasonable basic legal system.
