Methods Randomized controlled trials of Xiyanping injection combined with interferon in the treatment of pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease was collected by searching CNKI， WANFANG DATA， VIP， CBM disc and Pubmed databases. Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3 software. Results A total of 8 pieces of literature were included， with a total of 926 patients. Meta-analysis showed that Xiyanping injection combined with interferon were able to significantly reduce the time of fever abatement and herpes subsided time in HFMD children， thereby significantly improving the total effective rate of the two drugs on HFMD children. Conclusion Xiyanping injection combined with interferon in the treatment of pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease has an exact curative effect.
