Vo[.30 No.1 保险职业学院学报(双月刊) 第 30 卷第 1 期 JOURNAL OF INSURANCE PROFESSIONAL COLLEGE(Bimonthly) Feb. 2016 2016 年 2 月 保险高职教育对接保险产业链的专业体系建设研究 基于对国有大型保险企业人才需求的调研 肖举萍 (保险职业学院，湖南长沙 410114) [摘 要] 新《国十条》为我国包括保险高职教育的保险教育事业提供了更广阔的发展空间。笔者认为，搞好保险高 职教育的前提是深入研究保险产业链岗位群，通过对接保险产业链岗位群进行专业设置，从而构建保险人才培养链;专科 层次的保险高职教育对接的岗位群主要是保险产业链的中后端岗位群，及大金融背景下保险新业态岗位群。在对保险行 业企业人才需求进行大量调研的基础上，笔者针对高职院校保险专业体系建设进行系统性思考，对保险专业体系及特色专 业群构建、课程体系建设、人才培养模式改革、师资和实践教学条件等软硬资源建设及体制机制保障建设等进行全方位阐 述，提出系列创见性观点，以期对同行及学界提供理论参考和实践借鉴价值。 [关键词] 高职教育;保险产业链;岗位群;专业体系;课程体系;人才培养模式 [中图分类号JF840. 322 [文献标识码JA [文章编号J1673-1360 (2016 )01-0092 -05 [Abstract] The new Several Measures for Developing Insurance lndustry provides a broader space for our country s insurance education including the insurance professional education. The author put forwards that a profound study at the insurance industry chain and post groups should be done before we can do a good job in the higher insurance vocational education. Through docking with the insurance in- dustry chain and post groups , majors are to be constructed and insurance talents cultivating chain are to be built; post groups docked by three years college students majoring in the higher insurance vocational education are mainly the middle level or lower level posts of insurance industry and the insurance new formats post groups under the background of big finances. On the basis of a large number of investiga tion and research , the author makes a systematical thought about the insurance system construction and expounds comprehensively about the soft or hard resources construction and institutional guarant
