基于地方经济发展的金融保险人才培养模式研究

摘 要:安徽离职院校金融保险专业发展存在人才培养方向不明、职业性特色不足、忽视地方性经济和行业发展
需求等问题，难以满足本地金融业发展对高素质技能性人才的需求。应构建符合地方特色的金融保险专业人才培养
模式，培养与行业、企业筒求相适应的高技能型专业人才.实现高职教育与地方经济发展的良性循环.

rance of local 缸。nomy and industry development r叫Ulr四lents.and it is hard to make a satisfaction of those 10ω1 financial
development with the high quality skill personnels. It is necessary to establish the finance and insurance personnel training
mode with the local characteristics and cultivate the high-skilled professionals suitable to the r呵uirements of industry and
