经皮引导抽出钢丝法在锤状指中应用价值分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析?皮引导抽出钢丝法在锤状指中的应用价值。 方法 将28例符合本研究各项标准的锤状指患者纳入研究，均采用经皮引导抽出钢丝法治疗。采用Crawford评分进行治疗前后锤状指功能客观评估；采用Buck-Gramcko分值进行治疗后患者主观疗效评估。对比治疗前后Crawford优良率和不同分期分型组Crawford优良率；记录治疗后Buck-Gramcko优良率；记录并发症和复发例数。对2例典型病例进行分析。 结果 治疗后Crawford优良率从14.29%提高至89.29%（P0.05）；治疗后主观评分Buck-Gramcko分值为（53.20±3.52）分，优良率为92.86%；无并发症和复发病例，2例典型病例锤状指治疗后功能明显改善。 结论 经皮引导抽出钢丝法治疗锤状指能显著改善客观功能评分和主观疗效评分，改善患指屈伸功能，提高灵活性；近期无明显并发症和复发 [关键词] 经皮引导抽出钢丝；锤状指；伸直；屈伸功能 [中图分类号] R658.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）10-0080-04 Analysis on the application value of percutaneous guided extracting wire method in mallet finger ZHENG Buzhen JIANG Yanfei GU Shilin ZHENG Youmao LI Bowen Department of Hand and Foot Surgery， Taizhou Enze Medical Center（Group） Enze Hospital in Zhejiang Province， Taizhou 318050， China [Abstract] Objective To analyze the application value of percutaneous guided extracting wire method in mallet finger. Methods A total of 28 patients with mallet finger who met the criteria of this study were included in the study. All of them were treated by percutaneous guided extracting wire method. Crawford score was used to objectively evaluate the mallet finger function before and after treatment； the Buck-Gramcko score was used to subjectively evaluate the curative effect after the treatment. The Crawford excellent and good rate before and after the treatment were compared， and the Crawford excellent and good rate in different staging and typing groups were compared. The Buck-Gramcko excellent and good rate was recorded after treatment； the number of complications and recurrence was recorded. Two typical cases were analyzed. Results The Crawford excellent and good rate was increased from 14.29% to 89.29% after treatment （P0.05）； post-treatment subjective Buck-Gramcko score was（53.20±3.52）， and the excellent and good rate was 92.86%； there were no complications and recurrence， the function was significantly improved in 2 typical cases of mallet finger after the treatment.
