腹腔镜结直肠癌手术及传统根治术临床对比 　　[摘要] 目的 比较分析腹腔镜结直肠癌手术与传统根治术的临床效果。方法 方便选择2011年3月―2015年11月在该院接受直肠癌手术治疗的52例患者为研究对象，按照手术方法的不同将其分为观察组和对照组，各26例，观察组患者采用腹腔镜结直肠癌手术治疗，对照组患者采用传统根治术治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果 观察组患者各项手术指标水平明显优于对照组，术后GQOLI评分水平明显高于对照组，观察组患者的并发症发生率为3.85%（1/26），对照组患者的并发症发生率为30.77%（8/26），观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对直肠癌患者予以腹腔镜结直肠癌手术治疗能够有效改善患者的手术临床指标，提升患者的生活质量水平，降低并发症发生率，临床效果显著，值得推广运用 [关键词] 腹腔镜结直肠癌手术；传统根治术；直肠癌 [中图分类号] R735.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）03（b）-0078-03 [Abstract] Objective To compare the clinical effect of operation for laparoscopic colorectal cancer and traditional radical mastectomy. Methods 52 cases of patients treated with rectal carcinoma operation in our hospital from March 2011 to November 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 26 cases in each according to different operation methods， the observation group were treated with operation for laparoscopic colorectal cancer， while the control group were treated with traditional radical mastectomy， and the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results Various operative index levels in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group， and the GQOLI score after operation was obviously higher than that in the control group， and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group [3.85%（1/26） vs 30.77%（8/26）]， and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The operation for laparoscopic colorectal cancer in treatment of patients with rectal carcinoma can effectively improve the operation clinical indexes of patients， improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence rate of complications， and the clinical effect is obvious， which is worth promotion and application. [Key words] Operation for laparoscopic colorectal cancer； Traditional radical mastectomy； Rectal carcinoma 直肠癌是一种极为多发的胃肠道恶性肿瘤，其发病率约为0.5%，跃居我国恶性肿瘤第2位，严重影响着患者的生命安全和生活质量水平[1]。手术治疗是直肠癌的主要治疗方式，在以往治疗
