·问题探讨· 2016 年第4 期 青海农林科技 青海牧业保险发展研究 车文光 (青海民族大学经济学院，青海西宁 810007) 摘 要:由于气候、交通和经济等区域因素使青海牧业发展中有很多自然灾害和不利的市场条件，造成 青海牧业依然保持传统的落后生产经营方式，牧业发展落后状况严重拖累了青海经济发展;牧业生产容易遭 受严重自然灾害给牧民造成巨大的损失使其陷入贫困，所以青海精准扶贫工作重点是牧民收入的稳定。为 了稳定牧民收入、发展牧业生产就必须完善牧业保险，现代化牧业的发展中越来越离不开牧业保险的支持， 要使牧业保险在青海牧业生产中发挥应有的作用，就必须建设适合青海牧业实际的牧业保险体系，以此促进 青海牧业生产的可持续发展。 关键词:青海牧业;牧业保险;保险发展;精准扶贫 中图分类号:F842 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1∞4 -9967(2016)04- ∞56 -05 Research on Animal Husbandry Insurance Development Qinghai CHE Wen-Guang (Economics Department Qinghai Nation University ,Xining Qinghai 8100∞7 ， China) Abstract :Because of the climate areas ,such as traffic and economic factors in the development of animal husbandry in Qinghai has a lot of natural disasters and adverse market conditions ,cause the animal husbandry has always been the Qinghai agriculture development board ,the backwardness of animal husbandlγdevelop­ ment serious dr吨 on Qi吨hai economic development. Qinghai animal husbandry herders vulnerable to severe losses in poverty ,so precise focus herders income stability for poverty alleviation in Qinghai ,to stabilize the herders income ,we must perfect the animal husbandrγdevelopment of animal husbandry production insurance , the development of animal husbandry is more and more cannot leave the support of the animal husbandrγm­ surance ,insurance of animal husbandry in Qinghai province to enhance the role of animal husbandry produc- tion ,construction for the fact of the Qinghai animal husbandry animal husbandry insurance system ， ωpromote the sustainable development of economy in Qinghai.
