肝硬化患者生活质量调查及对策[摘要] 目的 调查肝硬化患者的生活质量，探讨生活质量与Child分级的关系，力争提高肝硬化患者的护理质量。方法 选择我院2005年1月～2010年12月收治的肝硬化患者150例，按照不同的 Child 分级对患者的生活质量进行调查，比较不同组患者的生活质量评分。结果 肝硬化患者的生活质量受Child分级的影响，评分量表中的主观健康感受、心理健康程度、日常精力在不同Child分级患者中有明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论 肝硬化患者的生活质量普遍较差，并与患者的肝硬化程度（Child分级）相关，护理工作应该针对患者的具体情况有效进行，这样才能真正提高肝硬化患者的生活质量 [关键词] Child分级；肝硬化；生活质量 [中图分类号] R697.32 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）33-13-02 Survey on Liver Cirrhosis PatientsQuality of Life and Care CHENG Weijun1 XU Yanfei2 1.Red Cross in Yuyao City，Yuyao 315400，China；2.Department of Pediatrics，the Peoples Hospital of Yuyao City，Yuyao 315400，China [Abstract] Objective To survey liver cirrhosis patients quality of life， and to discuss the relationship between quality of life and child classification in order to enhance quality of care on liver cirrhosis patients. Results Child classification had influence on liver cirrhosis patients quality of life，subjective general health，mental health，vitality listed in rating form showed significant difference among different Child classification patients（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Generally，quality of life of liver cirrhosis patients is low，and is associated with severity of liver cirrhosis（Child classification），care should be conducted based on patients’specific condition to enhance liver cirrhosis patients’quality of life. [Key words] Child classification；Liver cirrhosis；Quality of life 各种慢性肝病发展到晚期阶段就会成为肝硬化，是由多种原因引起的肝脏损害过程，肝硬化患者常合并门静脉高压、上消化道出血、肝性脑病等并发症，其死亡率高。肝硬化是肝脏呈进行性、弥漫性、纤维性病变的过程。其病理表现为肝细胞弥漫性变性坏死，纤维组织增生及肝细胞结节状再生，肝小叶结构和血液循环途径逐渐被改建，最终导致肝脏变形、变硬[1，2]。本文采用SF-36量表（简明生活质量量表）测定肝硬化患者的生活质量，目的是为提高肝硬化患者的临床护理质量。本研究中选择我院2005年1月～2010年12月收治的肝硬化患者150例，对其生活质量进行调查，并进行统计学分析，现报道如下 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 选择我院2005年1月～2010年12月收治的肝硬化患者150例。其中男105例，女45例，年龄3
