1656 实用预防医学 2007年12月 第14卷 第6期 Practical Preventive Medicine，Dee．2007，Vol 14，No．6 文章编号：1006—3110(2007)06—1656—02 【论 著 】 儿童牙齿健康影响因素的Logistic回归分析 王翔宇 ，张林明 ，陈显久 ，郭建锴。，陈钢钢 ，邢学武 ，王 维 ，赵华明 ，尚凡晶 ，郜 原 ，张春敏 摘要： 目的 探讨儿童牙齿健康的影响因素。 方法 选择5～11岁儿童进行调查问卷及体检，对结果进行单因 素及多因素Logistic逐步回归分析。 结果 回归分析提示儿童151常食品如甜点心和糖果，儿童151常抚养人，出生后的 喂养方式，刷牙的起始时间，儿童的全身健康状况及家庭收入等因素与儿童牙齿健康显著相关，其中儿童刷牙的起始时 间，儿童全身健康状况及抚养人的学历是保护因素。 结论 通过调查和分析证实影响儿童牙齿健康的几个因素的客 观存在性，对医疗工作者及相关行业的人员进行儿童牙齿保健工作具有一定的指导意义。 关键词： 饮食习惯；抚养人；儿童牙齿；调查；Logistic回归分析 中图分类号：R788 文献标识码：A Logistic Regression Analysis of Influence Factors on Teeth Health of Children WANG Xiang—yu，ZHANG Lin—ming， CHENKlan—jiu，et a1．(ShanxiMedical University， iy-uan 030001，Shanxi，China) Abstract： 0bjective To explore the influence factors on children’S teeth health． Methods Children aged 5～1 1 years were selected to carry out medical examination and questionnaire investigation，and Logistic gradual regression analysis of single and multiple factors were made． Results The results of Logistic regression analysis indicated that child’S daily foodstuff like dessert and candy，parents and baby sitter，postnatal feeding patterns，initiating time of toothbrushing，child’S health condition and family income were correlated significantly with child’S teeth health，and initiating time of toothbrushing， child’S health condition and parents’and baby sitter’S educational background were the protective factors． Conclusions Objective existence of influence factors of child’S teeth health is confirmed by investigation and analysis．The investigation and analysis results provide some instructive suggestions in child’S teeth health for the dental professionals． Key words： Eating habit；Fosterer；Child’S teeth；Investigation；Logistic regression analysis 世界卫生组织给牙齿健康下的定义为
