· 518· 中国肿瘤临床与康复2007年l2月第l4卷第6期 Chin J Clin Oncol Rehabil，December 2OO7，Vol 14，No．6 · 临床应用 · 进展期胃癌术后腹腔温热化疗278例回顾 分析 杜剑平 胡冰 胡长路 孙玉蓓 陈曼萍 (安徽省立医院肿瘤内科，合肥 230001) 【摘要】 目的 总结进展期胃癌根治术后腹腔温热化疗的疗效。方法 回顾在1990年代后收 治的进展期胃癌根治术后患者，比较腹腔温热化疗组(治疗组)和常规静脉治疗组(对照组)，治疗组 采用腹腔温热化疗+常规静脉治疗，对照组采用常规静脉化疗，两组治疗方案及剂量均相同。分析两 组患者化疗毒副作用、腹腔复发率和生存率。结果 两组毒副作用差异无显著性；治疗组腹腔复发率 低于对照组，治疗组3年生存率高于对照组，差异有显著性(P0，05)。结论 胃癌根治术后腹腔温 热化疗可提高生存率，预防腹腔复发，改善患者的生存质量。 【关键词】 胃肿瘤；腹腔温热化疗；生存率 【中图分类号】R735，2；R730．58 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1005．8664(2007)06-0518-03 Effects of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy following radical operation in 278 patients with advanced gastric cancer DU Jian-ping，HU Bing，HU Chang·；u，et al (Department of Oneology，Anhui Provincial Hospital，Hefei 23001，China) 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of early hyperthermie intraperitoneal chemotherapy after radical operation in patients with advanced gastric cancer，Methods The therapeutic ef- ficacy of hyperthermie intraperitoneal chemotherapy of a total of 278 patients with stage II andⅢ gastric cancer between 1990 and 2003 was reviewed，of these patients，237 were treated with intravenous chemother— apy and early intraperitoneal chemotherapy(trial group)，while the other 41 were treated with only intrave— nous chemotherapy(control group)，The two groups were given the same dosage and the chemotherapy was repeated at 4一week intervals．A total of 6 cycles were given for all patients，The efficacy and side effects were watched and analysed，Results The 3-year survival rates of trial group and control group were 56．1％ and 39．0％(P0．05)，and local relapse rates were 46，8％ and 58．5％(P0．05)respectively．The side effects of two groups showed no significant difference．Conclusions Hyperthermie intraperitoneal chemother— apy in patients with advanced gastric cancer after radical operation was found to b
