张文焕先生150张小儿脾胃病处方整理及用药特点研究 【摘要】目的：基于中医流派传承处方管理系统软件，分析西岐王氏济世堂中医儿科学术流派第二代代表传承人张文焕先生治疗小儿脾胃病的用药经验。方法：收集张文焕先生1963年至1966年的部分中医处方存根32册（含残卷在内），约1500多个处方。对这些处方存根进行编号、拍照、存档、注释，将其中405张儿科处方进行系统录入。选取主治小儿脾胃病的150张处方，在数据统计整理的基础上进行研究，分析处方中药物的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则、处方规律。结果：对筛选出来的150张处方进行分析，处方中甘草使用频次最高。按照药物出现频次由高到低的顺序，排在前6位的分别是甘草、陈皮、白术、茯苓、苍术、焦三仙，同时补虚药出现频次最高，依次为利水药、理气药、清热药、化湿药。结论：基于中医传承流派处方管理系统平台开展的张文焕先生治疗小儿脾胃病的数据挖掘和用药规律研究，既为临床治疗小儿脾胃病提供了有效指导，同时也为更好的传承学术思想提供依据。 【关键词】小儿脾胃病；处方整理；用药特点 Study on medication characteristic and management of ZHANG Wenhuan 150 prescriptions?in treating?children?spleen and stomach?disease SONG Hujie，LI Fangfang，WANG Hui. Xi’an TCM Brain Disease Hospital【 bstract 】 bjective: To analyze medication characteristic of ZHANG Wenhuan in treating pediatrics spleen and stomach disease based on the prescription management system software of TCM inheritance school. Mr. Zhang is one of the representative inheritor of second generation of Xiqi Wangshi Jishitang pediatrics academic TCM school heritage work room. Methods: collected 32 prescriptions stubs about more than 1500 prescriptions of Mr. Zhang from 1963 to 1966. These prescriptions stubs were be numbered, took photos, archived and annotated in proper sequence, and input 405 pediatric prescriptions in the system. Selected 150 prescriptions of pediatric spleen and stomach disease, researched based on statistical data processing, and analyzed drugs frequency, association rules and prescription patterns between drugs. Results: through analysis of 150 pediatric spleen and stomach disease prescriptions, liquorice was used the most frequently. In accordance with the order of the drug in frequency from high to low, the top six drugs as liquorice, dried tangerine or orange peel, atractylodes, poria cocos, rhizoma atractylodis and charred triplet. At the same time tonify deficiency medicine appear frequency is highest, followed by damp dispel diuretic drugs, and?qi regulating drugs, heat-clearing?drugs and aromatic damp-resolving drugs.
