辽孝压 季院亏般 卿 0ct Li ． ，28(5) J aoning Med University… … ”’ 51 aoning Med J Li 血细胞分析仪结果间的比对及校准 王学哲 (辽宁医学院附属第一医院检验科，辽宁锦州121001) 【摘要】 目的 对不同血细胞分析仪结果进行比对。定期校准一台性能较好的血细胞分析仪，以它作为参比仪器， 用新鲜全血去校准其它血细胞分析仪。方法 用校准液将CD一1700校准后作参比仪器，每天随机选取病人血液1O例，共 分析5 d。再以CD一1700评价其他3台血细胞分析仪结果 (WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT)。结果 CD一1700与Couher2一diff、 Coulter5一diffAL、BC一3000相关性很好 (r0．975)。结论 对不同血细胞分析仪结果进行定期比对和校准后，每天可以 用新鲜全血对血细胞分析仪进行质控，既保证了各仪器结果问的精密度及准确度又降低了成本。 【关键词】 血细胞分析仪；校准；比对；精密度；准确度 【中图分类号】 R446 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 1000—5161(2007)o5—0051一o2 Comparison of the Results and calibration Produced by Different Blood Cell Analyzers WANG Xue—zhe (Department of Laboratory，the First Affiliated Hospital，Liaoning Medical University，Jinzhou 121001 China) 【Abstract】 Objective To compare the results of different blood cell analyzers，to calibrate a better performance blood cell analyzer regularly．It was chosen as the target analyzer to calibrate other blood cell analyzers with totally fresh blood． Methods The CD一1700 Was chosen as the target analyzer after its calibration，ten samples of daily whole blood of patients were randomly col· leeted and analyzed for five days．Then USe CD一1700 to evaluate other three blood cell analyzerg results(WBC，RBC，HGB，PLT)． Results CD一1700，Couher2一diff，Coulter5一diffAL，and BC一3000 demonstrated a good correlation(r0．975)． Conclu· sions After regular comparison between the results of all the different blood cell analyzers and calibration，we can carry through quali- ty control for blood cell analyzers with totally fresh blood every day．Not only Can we ensure the precision and accuracy of the results， but alSO we can reduce cost． 【Key words】 blood cell analyzer；cali
