Swimming theory and practical content is more vital than basic theory and other topics. 2、The application of biomechanics in swimming is the most important content in basic theory. Strength and conditioning training of Elite swimmer is the most important content in swimming theory. Modern swimming development trend is the most important content in other topics. 3、Expert lecture plays a most vital role in teaching method of certificate course of Chinese advanced swimming coach, followed by seminar, teaching reflection, video, inspect from each other and learn by self. 4、School teachers are the key teaching stuff in certificate course of Chinese advanced swimming coach, followed by advanced coach, CSA experts, retired teacher, and other staff. 5、Basic theory of certificate course of Chinese advanced swimming coach teaching by expert lecture, seminar and teaching reflection primarily; in swimming theory and practical content , in addition to strength and conditioning training of Elite swimmer、techno
