· 952· 肿瘤防治研究2007年第34卷第12期 乳腺癌患者手术前后血清S—CD1 05的表达 及相关因素分析 张慧明，范忠林，马 力，高建茹 Expression and Correlation Factor Analysis of S-CD1 05 in Serum between Pre-and Post- operation in Breast Can cer Patients ZHANG Hui-ming，FAN Zhong-lin，MA Li，GAO Jian-ru Department of Surgery，The Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University，Shijiazhuang 05001 1， China Corresponding Author：FAN Zhong-lin Abstract：Objective To explore the expression and affective factors of S-CD1 05 in serum between pre- and post-operation in breast cancer patients．Methods Serum level of S-CD1 05 was detected by ELISA in 37 breast cancer patients．1 0 patients with breast benign tumor patients and 1 0 healthy adults．Results Serum level of S-CD105 in breast cancer patients was obviously higher than that in patients with benign tum or and healthy adults(P=0．021)；serum level of S-CD1 05 in pre-operation patients was obviously higher than that in post—operation patients(P=0．000)．Further study found that serum level of S-CD1 05 risen up obviously in patients with the biggest diameter of tumor more than 5 cm，lymph node metastasis more than 4，clinical TNM staging II or Ill stages and tissue with strongly positive expression of VEGF (P0．05)：the level in 1 patient with osseous metastasis risen up obviously．Conclusion The expression 0f SCD105 in serum rose up obviously in breast cancer patients，and it was positive correlated with tumor size，axillary 1ym ph node metastasis，clinica1 TNM staging and the expression of VEGF in breast cancer tissues，which indicates that S-CD1 05 has the clinical values in evaluation of prognosis．Serum level of S- CD105 in 1 patient with osseous metastasis after operation rose up。which indicated that S-CD1 05 might have the clinical value in monitoring the recurrence and metastasis，further study should be done． Key wolds：Breast neoplasm；S-CD105；0peration；serum；Prognosis 摘 要：目的 探讨乳腺癌患者手术前、后血清S-CD105的表达情况及其影响因素。方法 用酶联免疫
