临 医疗保健等英2008年第15卷第7期 E Medical Healthcare Apparatus 2008．15(7) 中药热奄包治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床观察 辛本忠 曹亚飞 李全 栾杰男 (深圳市中医院 广东深圳518033) 【摘要】目的观察中药热奄包治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法16O例病人随机地分为治疗组9O例，对照组7O例， 治疗前两组均作颈椎被动功能活动和主动的功能活动作为共同治疗因子的前提下，治疗组给予自制中药热奄包治疗，对照组给 予TDP理疗仪治疗，观察治疗后主症的缓解程度、TCD及血液流变学改变。结果 治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组 (P0．05)， TCD及血液流变学指标改善亦优于对照组 (P0．05)。结论 表明中药热奄包是治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有效的方法之一。 【关键词】热奄包治疗；椎动脉型颈椎病；中药外治法；临床观察 中图分类号：R681．5 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1006—2653(2008)07—0018—03 Clinical Observation of Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type Treated with Herbal Reyanbao XIN Benzhong CAO Yafei LI Quan LUAN Jienan (Shenzhen Hospital ofTraditional Chinese Medicine，Shenzhen Guangdong Province，518033) Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effect of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA)treated with herbal Reyanbao． Method The 160 cases of patients were divided into 2 groups randomly，treatment group(90)and control group(70)who were all treated with the same therapeutic factors—the passive and initiative activities of cervical vertebra prior treatment．Th e treatment group Was interfered in with herbal Reyanbao and the control group was interfered in with TDP of physical therapy．The main signs，TCD and the blood rheology will be observed prior-treatment and post-treatment．Results The total effective rate of the treatment group is higher than the control group fP 0．05)，and TCD and the blood rheology were ameliorated(P0．05)．Conclusion The herbal Reyanbao is one of the effective methods to the cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type． Key words Reyanbao therapy；Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type；external treatment of TCM；clinical observation 椎动脉型颈椎病 (CSA)，是指因椎一基底动脉供血不足
