One or two differences and connections
1, the difference. There is a clear difference between modern human resource management and traditional personnel management. First, the two are based on different philosophies of management. The traditional personnel management emphasizes the management of matter, the staff as a machine appendage, the staff under strict supervision and control. The modern human resources management regards the staff as the most lively element which has the intrinsic infinite constructive potential, regards the enterprise as the first big resources, emphasizes to provide the staff and creates the good environment, the atmosphere and the condition, causes its initiative and the potential to give full play. Secondly, the strategic level of the two is different. Traditional personnel management is basically a kind of business management, like the lubricating oil of the machine. and modern human resources management not only to take into account the overall situation, not only to deal with the current need to consider the long-term, all focus on the future, it is more strategic and predictive than traditional personnel management. Thirdly, modern human resource management is more systematic, scientific and feasible than traditional personnel management. Modern human resources management has absorbed the latest research results of various related disciplines, and has formed its own complete concept and theory system for me, at the same time, the basic principle, viewpoint and method elaborated by it, has withstood the long-term practice examination, proved to be scientific, correct and feasible. The specific difference between the two is shown in the following table.
