电气原理设计过程演示（Electrical principle design process demonstration） Electrical control system diagram generally has three kinds: electrical schematics, electrical wiring diagram and electrical installation wiring diagram. Because of their different uses, there are differences in rendering principles. According to the actual needs of learning, here focuses on electrical schematics. The purpose of the electrical diagram is to read and analyze the control circuit. It should be drawn in the form of electrical components according to the principle of simple structure and clear hierarchy. It includes all electrical components and wiring terminals, but not in accordance with the actual location of the electrical components to draw, nor reflect the actual size of the electrical components. Electrical schematic diagram is generally divided into the main circuit and auxiliary circuit (control circuit) two parts. The main circuit is the current electrical control circuit part, including electrical components from the power supply to the motor is connected; generally by the combination switch, fuse, main contact, the main contactor thermal relay thermal element and motor etc.. The auxiliary circuit is the circuit except the main circuit in the control circuit. The current flowing through it is relatively small, and the auxiliary circuit includes the control circuit, the lighting circuit, the signal circuit and the protection circuit. Wherein, the control circuit is composed of a button, a contactor and a coil of the relay, an auxiliary contact, a thermal relay contact and a protective appliance contact. All electrical components in the electrical schematic diagram shall be expressed in graphical symbols and text symbols in accordance with the national standards. The layout of the electrical elements in the electrical schematic diagram shall be arranged according to the principle of easy reading. The main circuit is arranged on the left or the top of the drawing surface, and the auxil
