Sports industrial associations in China are provided with the status of social groups, they are also social organiza- tions that enjoy the power for public management according to laws and legislations. Therefore, their related behav- ior can be standardized by applying industrial association related stipulations in the antitrust law, and their related behaviors can be examined by applying administrative monopolizing behavior banning clauses in the antitrust law. The implementation of the antitrust law has provided a new way to the legal monitoring of management behaviors of sports industrial associations in China.
