矿 业 快 报 Serial No．470 EXPRESS INFORMAT10N 总第470期 June．2008 OF MINING INDUSTRY 2008年6月第6期 冷却温度和处理方式对钢渣反应性能的影响 冯向鹏 李世青 唐卫军 廖洪强 (首钢总公司) 摘 要：分析了冷却温度和处理方式对首钢钢渣反应性能的影响，并测试了以钢渣、矿渣以及 水泥熟料为主要原料的胶凝材料的力学性能。随着水淬温度的升高，钢渣反应性能呈现降低后升 高的趋势。水淬处理过程中由于部分易水化物质的反应而使钢渣的反应性能变差，随炉冷却钢渣 中大量结晶物质的生成又使钢渣的反应性能变差。相对而言，在空气中冷却处理所得钢渣的反应 性能较好。另外，还研究了钢渣掺量对胶凝材料力学性能的影响，在钢渣掺量为20％～30％的实 验条件下，可制得性能较好的胶凝材料。 关键词：冷却温度；冷却速度；冷却介质；钢渣；反应性能 中图分类号：TF141 ．1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1009-5683(2008)06-0037-03 Influences of Cooling Temperature and Treatment Mode on Reaction Property of Steel Slag Feng Xiangpeng Li Shiqing Tang Weijun Liao Hongqiang (Shougang Environmental Protection Industry Department) Abstract：The influences of cooling temperature and treatment mode on reaction performance of steel slag of Shougang have been analyzed in this paper．Moreover，the mechanical properties of cementitious material which is made of steel slag，cinder and cement clinker as the main raw material have also been tested．The result indicated that with the increase of quenching temperature，the reaction performance of steel slag lowered and then rose．On the other hand，reaction of part of substance that was easily to be hydrated resulted in deterioration of reaction performance of the steel slag during quenching．And the for— mation of a large amount of crystalline substances led to deterioration of reaction performance of the steel slag when cooling of the steel slag in the furnace．When cooling in the air，a better reaction performance could be got．In addition，the influence of the content of the steel slag on the mechanical properties of the cementitious material
