142 浙江中西医结合杂志2008年第18卷第3期 Zh~iang JITCWM(Vo1．18 No．3 2008 白藜芦醇合阿糖胞苷对HL-60细胞的增殖抑制作用 马泳泳 温州医学院附属第一医院血液科 温州325027 摘 要 目的：观察白藜芦醇(resveratrol，Res)体外单独及联合阿糖胞苷(Ara-C)对白血病HL-60 细胞的抑制作用。方法：在体外培养条件下观察不同浓度Res、Ara-C作用48小时后分别对HL-60 细胞增殖的影响。然后根据以上抑制结果，选择对HL-60细胞抑制率15％～30％的Ara-c药物浓 度。再与不同浓度的Res联合用药。在联合药物处理HL-60细胞48小时后，同样用MrrI’法检测联 合用药对细胞增殖抑制作用。结果：Res、Ara-C体外单独用药均能显著抑制HL-60细胞的生长增 殖，Res联合Ara．C(2．5 g／m1)后，对HL-60细胞的增殖抑制作用显著提高，与单独用药组比较，差 异有显著性意义(P0．05)。结论：Res体外能显著抑制人HL-60细胞的增殖，Res联合Ara—C能显 著提高对HL-60细胞的增殖抑制作用。 关键词 HL-60 增 殖 白藜芦醇 阿糖胞苷 Inhibitory Effect of Resveratrol Combined with Cytarabine on Proliferation of HL-60 Cells in Vitro MA Yongyong．Department ofHemotology，the First Affliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College，Wenzhou (325000)，China Abstract Objective：To explore the inhibitory effect of resveratrol(Res)alone or combined with cyt— arabine on proliferation of HL-60 cells in vitro、Methods：The cell growth inhibition rates of cells were de— tected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MrrI’)after treatment by Res or cytarabine of different concentra． tion alone for 48 hr．Based on the above results．the agent concentration of cytarabine with the inhibition rate of nearly 15％ 一30％ was chosen and combined with Res．The inhibition rates of cells after treatment by combination of cytarabine with different dosage of Res were alSO detected by MrrI’method．Results： Single agent experiment showed Res or cytarabine alone had significant inhibitory effect on proliferation of cells．The concentration of cytarabine with inhibition rate nearly 15％ 一30％ was 2．5 g／m1．The inhibi— tory effect on the cell proliferation treated by combination of Res with 2．5 g／ml cytarabine was obviouMy improved．The difference between that by combination and single medicine was significant(P0．05)． Conclusion：Res can significantly inhibit the prolife
