肆、複合式構件自動化生產技術之研究 榮民工程股份有限公司，台北 摘 要 ：目前進行中工程面臨各項原物料短缺 ，鋼價節節 高漲的因素下 ，工程界戮力尋求替代可行方案。本研究針對 構件需求性能 ，顧慮交通安全 ，進行複合式構件結構設計 、 模擬分析 、原型製作 、靜態承載實體實驗 。並透過自動化生 產理念 ，研究出一套拌合生產機具 ，設法產製超高性能混凝 土 ，提高拌合均勻度以及品質效率、降低工時成本 ，以符合 工安環保要求目標 。黑色複合式覆工版已進行量產 ，掃紋、 吊耳 、扣件部份也有兩項專利 ，並已使用本專利處理改善 ， 使覆工版更趨完善 、堅固、安全 、美觀 。複合式軸向支撐 、 圍苓及中間柱不僅可節省傳統鋼製構件材料成本 ，有效降低 自重 ，赴捷運工地開挖最深處現場實作 ，監測結果證實現場 試驗及鋪設時亦適用傳統吊放 、安裝系統。 關鍵字：地下工程，新材料 159 Research and Application of New Materials for Infrastructures ABSTRACT To meet the demands of MRT construction proj ects which require a large quantity of covering deck, strut and waling, alternative methods should be studied to prevent the shortage of the above members This research carried out structural design, simulations and analyses, prototype manufacture, and static loading tests to satisfy the requirements of quality of the members and traffic safety. A set of mixing equipment for the construction m emb er s u sin g sup er h igh p er form an ce con cr et e w as designed to reduce carbon-dioxide production, to increase the uniformity and quality of concrete mixing, to reduce the construction time and cost, and to fulfill the safety and environmental requirements. The black-overlay hybrid covering decks with pattern accepted have been mass produced and applied in MRT construction sites. Another two patterns named grooving and hanger which related to the accessory parts of the covering deck were also accepted. These patterns make the black- overlay covering deck mor e p er fect , robu st , safe, and beautiful. A new hybrid retaining structure system consisting of strut, waling and post was developed and mass produced with pattern accepted.
