起动性能分析与仿真

摘 要：对车用六相12／lo开关磁阻起动／发电机系统的起动过程和起动特性进行了分析与仿真。建立了该电机的
有限元分析模型，对该电机进行了两维电磁场的有限元分析，得到电机较为精确的模型，并进行了仿真。通过对样
机测试取得了满意的结果。
关键词：电动汽车；开关磁阻电动机；设计；仿真；有限元分析

O 引 言
开关磁阻起动／发电机在汽车ISAD(起动／发
电一体化)系统中的应用是最近几年才开始出现的
一个新的研究方向。ISAD系统要求起动机在起动
过程中的最小起动转矩要大于发动机的最大负载转
矩，以保证发动机的顺利可靠起动，所以在制定控制
策略以及电机参数优化的时候，起动转矩最大化是
我们要求的一个很重要的指标[1]。本文研究所用的 图1六相12／10极SR电机结构图
开关磁阻起动／发电机为六相12／10结构。其二维截 1堵转性能分析(静态分析)
面图如图1所示。电机基本结构参数如表1。
