顺铂与氟尿嘧啶联合放疗治疗晚期鼻咽癌的长期疗效分析——国内10年文献Meta分析（Long term efficacy of cisplatin combined with fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma a Meta analysis of 10 years in China） Long term efficacy of cisplatin combined with fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma: a Meta analysis of 10 years in China Update: 2007-12-02 click: [Abstract] [Objective] to evaluate the 5 year survival rate and toxicity of PF regimen combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods: retrieved eligible randomized controlled clinical trials of 10, first on the analysis of the heterogeneity after using fixed effect model to analyze the Meta data of 960 patients in the 5 year survival rate and toxicity. Results: PF chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy for advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma 5 years survival rate and R groups had significant difference (OR=2.09,95%CI:1.62~2.70, X 2=31.81, P0.001); group according to the analysis of subgroups, each subgroup had no significant difference. Toxicity analysis showed that the comprehensive toxicity test group is high. Conclusion: PF regimen combined with radiotherapy can significantly improve the survival rate of patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma in China, but the addition of chemotherapy also increases toxicity.
