兴城海滨综合疗法对2型糖尿病患者血尿酸影响【摘要】 目的 探讨兴城海滨综合疗法对2型糖尿病患者血尿酸的影响。方法 选取来院的66例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象。随机分为治疗组、对照组各33例。两组患者均口服降糖药物,并注意饮食指导。治疗组应用自然疗养因子配合体育锻炼、音乐疗法、景观治疗等进行康复治疗,经过24～30 d疗养,观察两组患者治疗前、后空腹血糖(fast blood glucose,FBG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglyceridemia,TG)、高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoproteincholesterol,HDL-C)、血尿酸(serumuricacid,SUA)等指标变化。结果 治疗后治疗组FBG、TC、TG、SUA比较均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 兴城海滨疗养地综合疗法,能够通过降糖、降压、降脂及抑制血小板黏附及聚集,改善血液黏度,改善肾脏血液循环,以达到共同降低血尿酸水平的最终目标,对预防和降低糖尿病患者心脑血管并发症有重要意义。 【关键词】 综合疗法;2型糖尿病;血尿酸 【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of combined therapy in Xingcheng beach circumstances on blood uric acid in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods66 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to hospital were randomly divided into treatment group(n=33)and control group(n=33).All patients were given oral hypoglycemic drugs and diet guidance.In addition,the treatment group was given rehabilitative treatment including natural convalescent factors combined with physical exercise,music therapy and landscape.The fasting blood glucose(FBG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),serum uric acid(SUA) and other indicators were observed before and 24～30 d after rehabilitation.ResultsFBG,TC,TG and SUA after treatment was significantly lower than those before treatment in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Combined therapy in Xingcheng beach circumstances can improve blood viscosity and renal blood circulation resulting in reduction of the level of blood uric acid by decreasing blood glucose,blood pressure and lipid,and inhibiting platelet adhesion and aggregation.It is of great significance in preventing and reducing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications in patients with diabetes. 【Key words】Combined therapy;Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus;Blood uric acid 糖尿病时人体内黄嘌呤氧化酶活性增加,加速次黄嘌呤转变为黄嘌呤、黄嘌呤转变为尿酸,导致人体内尿酸增加,出现高尿酸血症。而高尿酸血症导致胰岛素抵抗发生代谢综合征,使血压、血脂和血糖出现异常,促进动脉硬化的形成[1]。我们对2003～20
